Wir freuen uns, mitteilen zu können, dass wir nach erfolgreichen Verhandlungen die Mietvertragsverlängerung für die Produktionsfläche in der Galgheide in Schwalmtal mit Kamps abschließen konnten. Dabei handelt es sich um eine Fläche von 7.850 m², die wir für weitere 15 Jahre an den langjährigen Mieter Kamps vermietet haben.
Dieser Erfolg unterstreicht das Vertrauen von Kamps in die Lage der Immobilie sowie die nachhaltige Partnerschaft.

Successful prolongation in Schwalmtal – 15 years of a secure future!
We are pleased to announce that, after successful negotiations, we have been able to conclude a lease extension with Kamps for the production space in Galgheide in Schwalmtal. This involves an area of 7,850 m², which we have leased to the long-term tenant Kamps for a further 15 years.
This success underlines Kamps‘ confidence in the location of the property and the long-term partnership.
We are proud to have realised this long-term prolongation.
