Baugenehmigung erteilt: Dortmunder Wohngebäude Hannibal II erhält umfassende Sanierung
Berlin/Frankfurt a.M., am 22.02.2021. Die Verwalterin der Immobilie im Vogelpothsweg 12 bis 26 hat in mehrjähriger intensiver Arbeit alle Voraussetzungen für eine Wiederinbetriebnahme des Gebäudes geschaffen. Die umfassende Sanierung der über 400 Wohnungen wird durch die Forte Gruppe umgesetzt. Das Wohnungsunternehmen ist die neue Eigentümerin des Gebäudes. Zum Kaufpreis und weiteren Transaktionsdetails haben beide Parteien Stillschweigen vereinbart.

Building permit issued: Dortmund residential building Hannibal II receives comprehensive refurbishment
Berlin/Frankfurt a.M., 22.02.2021. Following several years of intensive work, the manager of the property at Vogelpothsweg 12 to 26 has created all the conditions for the building to be put back into operation. The comprehensive refurbishment of the more than 400 apartments is being implemented by the Forte Group. The residential company is the new owner of the building. Both parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price and further transaction details.
Robert Döring, stated for Lianeo: “ Forte, a company specializing in residential property, already owns an extensive housing stock in Dortmund. With the sale, we have created the best conditions for a speedy redevelopment of the building. We would like to thank the city of Dortmund and all parties involved for the good cooperation on the challenging path towards the building permit.“
Alexander Hayn, manager at Forte, says: „The property has a troubled past. We are therefore proud to carry out the redevelopment. As part of our large residential portfolio, we will make the building once again a home for many people and will swiftly start the conversion measures in the second half of 2021. The property is conveniently located at the Dortmund-Dorstfeld Süd S-Bahn station. The campus of the renowned University of Dortmund can be reached on foot in around 15 minutes. „The proximity to the university as well as the neighboring parks with their green retreats make the building an attractive place to live for many people,“ Alexander Hayn is convinced.
